If you use Keystead, our property management platform, the Keystead Privacy Policy applies. Policies for other products are provided with those products.
This website
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, and use them only to respond to you. Standard request logs (such as IP address and pages requested) help keep the site secure. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Sharing, retention, and your rights
We do not sell personal information. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle it and for any period required by law. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you; we respond within 30 days as PIPEDA requires.
